Just as everyone from amateur to elite athletes can benefit from professional coaching to improve performance, anyone whose health and wellness aren’t where they want them to be can benefit from health and wellness coaching.
Some clients have experienced a significant health event, like a heart attack or stroke, and need to make lifestyle changes to recover stronger and healthier than they were before.
Others may have received a troubling diagnosis or lab results, like prediabetes or high cholesterol, and wish to change the course of their health trajectory through healthier habits.

Meet Sheila
Sheila Browning-Peuchaud, Ph.D. believes evidence based health coaching has the potential to make a positive impact on clients’ lives. Her goal is to leverage her expertise in Health Communication to help clients realize their own best versions of themselves.
Sheila received her Health and Wellness Coach training from the Mayo Clinic Center for Healthy Living. She holds a Ph.D. specializing in Health Communication from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
